Our Pre Press Department

TLC’s Pre Press department is one of the most technologically advanced in the flexographic industry.  We utilize a 100% digital workflow beginning with top of the line Mac workstations utilizing the most current versions of design and printing software. 

Our Pre Press software is fully integrated into our company—wide operating system.  This allows our digital plate making units to communicate with our job specific customer requirements.  The end results are proofs, plates and printed labels that are virtually error free. 

Our digital plate manufacturing units are also environmentally friendly.   All of the unused plate material is captured and recycled into new plate material for future use.

TLC’s Pre Press department boasts four-color process printing up to 200 line screen, ICC profiled presses and pre-press digital proofing system, customer driven filing system for all printing plates, 2D and 3D barcode printing and 24-hour proof turnaround times.
